Digital solution only
The project should focus on a software product, algorithmic tool, digital platform, app or data-driven service requiring real-world validation.
Clear product hypothesis
Applicants should identify the main user, workflow or technical assumption they want to test during the six-month prototype period.
Execution readiness
The project needs a realistic build plan, access to development capacity and sponsor support to deliver the prototype on time.
Amount
Up to 40,000 CHF, typically used for development sprints, technical subcontracting, UX design, testing or cloud resources.
Duration
Six months to build the minimum product evidence that determines whether the digital solution should advance.
Coaching included
The emphasis is on demonstrating usability, technical feasibility, workflow fit or user traction through prototype testing.
Expected deliverables
A credible software prototype with documented test results, user feedback or performance evidence supporting the next decision.
